At Mr. Flavors, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, as a small business, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all our clients and the smooth operation of our ice cream truck services. Please take note of our cancellation policy outlined below: Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 2 days' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled event. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and accommodate other clients. Refund Policy: If you cancel your event within the specified notice period, we will refund 75% of the total booking fee paid. Please note that any transaction fees or non-refundable deposits may be deducted from the refund amount. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made outside the specified notice period, the booking fee will be non-refundable. We allocate our time and resources based on confirmed bookings, and late cancellations prevent us from serving other potential clients. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability. However, rescheduling is subject to our discretion and the availability of our ice cream truck. Inclement Weather: In the case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of our team or the success of the event, we may agree to reschedule or cancel without penalty. We will work closely with you to find the best possible solution. To request a cancellation or make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
